103.2 Dublin City FM is currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to the Board of Directors the chosen candidate should have the drive and vision to lead the organisation through an exciting next phase of development and move to a new permanent premises. A dynamic leader responsible for overall management of the Station, its staff, volunteers, broadcasting output and sponsors.

Excellent communication skills and rapport with broader community groups and stakeholders, excellent leadership and management skills, ability to source and efficiently complete grant applications, identifying new opportunities and overall management, background to include finance and operations.
