Baby Sign Class for Parents


Clever Little Handies is a baby sign class for parents with babies from newborn up. By teaching babies sign language from an early age they will have a vocabulary to use even if they’re not formulating words. This 4 week term is brought to you via Zoom and will include nursery rhymes, songs and poems with Irish Sign Language signs.

Chance To Dance


This dance film project with Draíocht’s Create Dance members featuring dancers from Traces Dance Ensemble Co. Waterford. A film which explores and captures the power of communication through movement and the exchange of gestures between dancers in space and on camera. Directed by Jess Rowell and captured by film artist Conor Donelan. Jess Rowell’s Dance Residency in Draíocht was supported by The Arts Council, with additional funding provided by Fingal County Council.

4 Week Poetry Writing and Appreciation Course with Nell Regan


In an engaging and supportive atmosphere you’ll dip into some of Ireland’s favourite poems and use them as a springboard to write your own. No experience necessary. Nell Regan is an award winning poet and non-fiction writer living in Dublin. She has published three collections of poetry and her biography Helena Molony: A Radical Life was an Irish Independent Book of the Year 2017. The event will take place through zoom.

Pride at Work


One of the most successful events of Winter Pride last year, Pride at Work returns as a two day event as part of Winter Pride 2020/21. This year they will have a particular focus on adapting to new working conditions caused by Covid19 and the specific challenges LGBTI+ people face. The second day of the event will be tailored to those who have lost or are at risk of losing employment due to the covid crisis and those entering the workforce.
